Shobana is a senior management professional with 22+ years of multi-industry and multi-functional experience across – Operational Excellence, Quality, Business Transformation, Strategic Projects mgmt., Business operations and P&L mgmt.

Has led the Operational Excellence function and a profitable business unit in large MNCs.

Experience with firms like Aditya Birla Group, Vodafone Idea, and ISS Facility Management.

Has mentored teams and successfully executed improvement projects across industries (both B2B and B2C) and functions such as Customer Services, IT, HR, and Finance.

She is passionate about mentoring and upskilling teams and students. Conducts workshops at esteemed colleges to make students ready for the corporate world.
